> Michael Valentine West [UK] is a composer utilising concepts from various musical disciplines such as minimalism, contemporary electronics, ambience, glitch, hip hop, jazz and sound design.

He has recorded, produced and remixed using many aliases. He has also scored music and contributed songs to soundtracks for several independent films.

Comms is about non-linear communication. Each track is an expression of a mood/emotion/feeling, that deliberately has no real title that informs the listener. Instead, the non-linear structure of the compositions allows the listener to attach meaning to the tracks by the audio alone.
